Pastor Joseph and Myanmar children

Bible students progress

Thank you to Pastor Joseph from Myanmar for recently giving us an update on his ministry and, in particular, heartening stories about some of his bible students.

Pastor Joseph receives regular mailings of Biblical teaching and preaching books from Sovereign World Trust. His ministry includes a group of 57 bible students.

Firstly, four orphan girls who have fled from conflict in another region and, as Pastor Joseph explains:

"...they are rescued and saved as God heard our prayer. How they are very precious for the Lord...I have God who take care of them with His grace.I trust in God that He is able to provide for His children needs."

The second is a young orphan who was sick and lacking in "physical strength". He was falling behind in school and Pastor Joseph was concerned for his health and future:

"..but now how he is very strong and a happy boy." explains Pastor Joseph. "He is the first excellent student among 57 students. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.(Romans 8:28)."
