We recently received a heartfelt update from Trust recipient, Brother Francis of Going Home Africa Ministries, and we are grateful for the opportunity to learn more about the impactful work of him and his team in Malawi.
Going Home Africa is an inter-denominational ministry dedicated to spreading the gospel and serving local communities.
Brother Francis expressed his deep thanks for our ongoing support and asked for our prayers as they continue to serve.
His message highlighted six key areas of focus for their ministry:1. Gospel Literature Distribution
The team is actively distributing Bibles and Christian literature throughout Malawi, ensuring that the Word of God reaches as many people as possible.
2. Pastoral Support
They provide vital resources and encouragement to pastors and church leaders, supplying them with Bibles and Christian materials to help in their ministries.
3. Leadership Training
Through specially tailored programs, they are equipping apprentice pastors with solid, Biblically-based leadership skills to guide the next generation of believers.
4. ‘Voice of the Voiceless’
This initiative is aimed at offering pastoral care to marginalised and less-privileged communities, bringing hope and support to those in great need.
The team is reaching out to sports fans, sharing the gospel and connecting them with local ministries for discipleship and spiritual growth.
6. Trucking Industry MinistryBrother Francis and his church have also found a unique and impactful way to reach truck drivers and their families, providing them with both gospel truth and practical support.
As they continue their work, we send our thoughts, prayers, and encouragement to Brother Francis and the entire Going Home Africa Ministries team
