Wow! That's a lot of books!

Around 16,500 books from the Trust will shortly be on their way to Uganda and beyond.

Our image shows one of four collections from our warehouse which will make up the consignment. The books will be shipped via container in the very near future.

On arrival in Uganda, the titles will be distributed by hand through our partner, Richard Smart’s extensive network of proven contacts into regions of Uganda, as well as surrounding nations – Democratic Republic of the Congo, South Sudan and Kenya.

Richard, with his unique knowledge and experience of the areas chosen, will coordinate the distribution of the books. As ever, he will ensure that the relevant titles reach those for whom they will be of most benefit.
